How do I buy a product?

Simply add the products you love to your basket and checkout either as a guest create an account to see your order history and for ease next time you order.

How do I get an offer?

Occasionally we send offers via email, sign up to our marketing emails to make sure you're in the loop.

You can sign up by going to our home page and down at the bottom adding your email address under the section 'Let's Keep You Updated'.

We will never share your data, as a family business - it's just not our style.

I cannot log in to my account?

Please try the 'Forgot your password' link on the log in page and you should receive an email to reset your password, if you are still having trouble logging in please email customer services at info@thecraftingcompany.com and they will be able to assist.

Does The Crafting Company price match to other retailers?

If you find a cheaper price from another established retailer - we will look at our pricing structure and see if we can improve.  Just email us at info@thecraftingcompany.com.

I want to buy something but it's out of stock.
