Where is my craft order?
Delivery will usually be next working day if your order is received before 12pm. Delivery to Highlands and Islands, including Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland will usually be 3 working days. Please note these times may be extended over public holidays and busy periods. If you require further help please contact us at info@thecraftingcompany.com.
Do you delivery outside of the UK?
Yes, we can arrange to deliver anywhere worldwide, however shipping costs may apply. Please contact customer service (info@thecraftingcompany.com) for this information.
Can I collect my online order from a store?
To bring you the very best prices, we don't have a physical retail premises, this means we save on the overheads of running a retail location and are able to bring you the very best prices.
Can I return an online order to one of your craft stores?
We are an online retailer therefore we don't have a retail premises, however you can email us with any return requests at info@thecraftingcompany.com or post the items back to us quoting your order number and in the original packaging to:
