How do I place an order?
Simply add the products you love to your basket and go to the checkout where you can order as a guest or create an account to see your order history.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the tracking information on your order.
Alternatively you can copy the the tracking number and track your order via the courier website directly.
How do I amend or cancel my order?
If you want to amend or cancel your order prior to shipping please email as soon as possible to info@thecraftingcompany.com and providing your order hasn't already left the building we will be able to assist you.
Can I order over the weekend?
You can place an order on a weekend. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday if not a bank holiday, in which case the order will be dispatched the next working day.
What is the cut off time for delivery?
Orders received by 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12pm or on weekends, bank holidays or during Christmas break will be dispatched on the next working day.
During busy periods there may be a slight delay on delivery of your order.
What is next day carriage charge?
We charge £9.99 for next working day delivery for orders to UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands).
